Welcome to Just Airports! These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our airport taxi services, website, and mobile applications. By booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Just Airports.
  • “Customer” refers to any person using our services.
  • “Driver” refers to the licensed individual providing transport services.
  • “Service” refers to airport taxi and transfer services provided by Just Airports.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website, app, or customer support team.
  • Prices are fixed at the time of booking, with no hidden fees.
  • Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, online payment methods, or cash to the driver.
  • Any additional stops or route changes may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before pickup.
  • Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 business days.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure they provide accurate details (pickup location, flight number, etc.).
  • Any delay caused by the customer beyond the agreed waiting time may result in additional charges.
  • Customers must behave respectfully towards drivers and comply with local transport laws.

5. Driver Responsibilities

  • All drivers are licensed, insured, and trained to provide professional service.
  • Drivers will track flights in case of delays and adjust pickup times accordingly.
  • Drivers have the right to refuse service if a customer is intoxicated, abusive, or engaging in illegal activity.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Just Airports is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road closures.
  • We are not liable for any loss of luggage or personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • In case of service disruption, our liability is limited to the refund of the amount paid for the booking.

7. Modifications & Amendments

  • Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Just Airports reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal data.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints should be submitted to our customer service team within 3 days of service completion.
  • We aim to resolve disputes amicably; however, any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of UK
